Keerthana is a forward thinking computer science student, eager to explore the world of legal tech. Here at Cascade Counsel, she is working on developing legal products and automating forms and documents through Gavel. Her work involves optimizing legal document processing and management by implementing technical solutions to streamline backend processes & enhancing user interfaces to improve front-end user experience and accessibility. Keerthana combines her strong foundation in computer science with practical experience from her internships and research products.

Currently pursuing a BS Computer Science at the University of Washington, Seattle, Keerthana has taken advanced courses such as Foundations of Computing, The Hardware/Software Interface and Software Design & Implementation.

Her work experience spans roles at Lani Cao Law Office, where she supported legal processes and drafted documents, and LEX Language project where implemented an email automation system to streamline outreach efforts, promoting diversity and inclusivity.

With proficiency in Java, C, and Typescript, and tools like GitHub, R, and Tableau, Keerthana brings strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication skills.
