Whether these referrals are formal or informal, all arrangements are nonexclusive, and no fees or compensation are exchanged. Details of any referral arrangement will be provided to a referred client upon request.

 

Cascade Counsel may offer reduced initial consultation fees or other benefits to clients referred to us, and we may negotiate favorable rates when referring clients to another provider. Such benefits are provided as a professional courtesy at no extra cost.

 

Cascade Counsel does not guarantee the outcomes or performance of any referred provider. Referrals are offered for the convenience of clients. Clients are always free to choose their own lawyer or service provider.
